Product Representative in Canada and in USA (part-time).
Essential qualifications:

• Passion for flying and aviation
• Thorough knowledge of flight simulation software, including Microsoft’s Flight Simulator X and its earlier versions
• Friendly attitude and willing to work in a team environment.
• Pilot license an added advantage
• Willing and able to travel to exhibits and shows
• Students who are in the process of becoming pilots are encouraged to apply.

Executive Assistant / Business Analyst.
Responsibilities of this position include:

• Providing executive level support to the senior management team with administrative tasks.
• Producing Word documents, Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations
• Managing and reviewing corporate expenses, including book keeping
• Ordering office supplies and maintaining relationship with vendors that support corporate administrative requirements
• Providing exceptional customer service to clients
• Responsible for planning meetings, travel arrangements and calendar management
• Supporting a number of senior managers with various tasks

Essential qualifications:

• Advanced level of proficiency with MS Office applications
• Ability to multi task and manage multiple projects
• Highly detail oriented, reliable and efficient, ability to work in a team environment
